"Not Who I Thought You Were" aims to represent the cyclical confusion and emotional turmoil of unsuccessful relationships. The two visually-confusing snakes, an Eastern Coral Snake and a Scarlet Kingsnake, represent how difficult it can be to see someone's true nature.
